Eric . . . Whether you're selling or buying a home I would recommend him hands down! He's not your "regular" real estate agent. He's an excellent communicator, negotiator and extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of selling a house in NJ. I could not have done it without him. It's such a process (not to mention the emotional side of it) and Eric offered great advice, kept me on task and totally in the loop with everything.
